She wrote, “2022 is the year of Grammys. I’m bringing it to the motherland Watch me!.”

In relation to winning a grammy award for Ghana, it will be remembered that few weeks ago Wendy Shay made asking Ghanaian reggae musician Rocky Dawuni who has been nominated for grammy awards again to show her the way to Grammys.

Wendy got a reply from the Ghanaian music legend and from the look of things, it seems she has taken his advice and is working very hard to bring home a Grammy award for mother Ghana.

She will the first female musician to get a grammy award for Ghana if her dreams come into a reality.

However, many have reacted to Wendy’s post about this year being her year of winning Grammys for Ghana and below are some of the comments made.

*@Kwasiasamani40* – It doesn’t matter. there is nothing like unrealistic goal (winning the Grammys) but the time(deadline) can be unrealistic. So moving away from 2021 to 2022 or to other years ahead doesn’t spoil anything. She has to keep working UNTIL she ACHIEVES!

*@nbacoslarry* – Action speak louder than words 🤔😅

*@Medical100000* – People plan for the highest peak..some want to achieve big and make history, she wants to make history.

*@I_Am_Winter* – wish you all the best, please put in more effort of you’d want it. Haters will hate, potatoes will potate and masters will.
