Reggae dancehall and afrobeat musician Stonebwoy on 31st December 2021 once again came out to tweet stating he was misinterpreted for what he was trying to share with Nigerians.
Though he didn’t use foul words like his colleague Shatta Wale while addressing the Nigerians, he got lambasted because he claimed Nigerians don’t reciprocate the love Ghanaians have for their music.
His statement got Nigerians saying he is also following the footsteps of Shatta Wale and they find it as a disappointment because they regarded Stonebwoy as a peace maker.
Stonebwoy upon realizing he was been misinterpreted for his speech has come out to ask for forgiveness since he knows even if he explains it further, it will still not resolve the situation.
He was spotted with Nigerian musician, Davido who was recording the video of himself and Stonebwoy who was pleading for mercy from Nigerians.
