It is beginning to appear that every single musician in Ghana will get to have a feel of what Nigerians gave Shatta Wale following the statement he made during his freedom concert.
Stonebwoy also came out to support Shatta Wale to ask Nigerians to recognize Ghanaian songs in their country but he didn’t back the approach used by Shatta Wale. Stonebwoy in a released statement asked our fellow Nigerians to reciprocate the love we show to their music here in Ghana.
Stonebwoy’s voice which was added to the matter has led him into hot waters. Nigerians have expressed their disappointment in Stonebwoy for asking them to support Ghanaian songs as if they don’t.
Among those who have been hurt with Stonebwoy’s comment is Davido’s manager, Israel DMW. According to the manager he never expecting a comment like this from Stonebwoy looking at the way he got free help from his boss Davido.
