Ghanaian actress and brand Influencer Rosemond Alade Brown better known as Akuapem Poloo has donated some items to the Nsawam Prisons in Ghana.
The kind gesture by the celebrity formed part of her son Mohammed Yakubu’s birthday celebration on Wednesday, 30th June 2021.
She was accompanied by her team (Akuapem Poloo Foundation) who made this trip to the location of the prison. In photos shared, one could see all of them dressed in a white T-shirt.
Also, some of the items donated included bag of rice, boxers of water, soft drinks, tubers of yam and a couple of others. In addition was an undisclosed amount and bottle of oils.
A few months back, Akuapem Poloo was jailed at this same prison over a ñûdïty photo in front of her son that surfaced online. She got caught up by the laws of Ghana because of her acts.
But through the support of numerous Ghanaians who helped petitioned for her release, she was finally freed. She held a press conference where she addressed certain issues to the media.
So therefore, she thought it a wise idea to mark her son’s birthday at Nsawam Prisons.
