Benjamin of date rush known in real life as Benjamin Koffy Wasem has explained reason behind painting an image of Stonebwoy on his Garden Wall.
The old student of Accra Technical University and a film director from NAFTI in his speech on the ended 2021 date rush viewers awards shared a story of how he was a street boy with no where to sleep and also spending his days in two orphanage homes.

But now the smile of grace has come upon him. He has made him reach the higher heights he is now.
Benjamin, who appeared on the date rush show to find love, got this painting of Ghanaian reggae/Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy done on his Garden wall. He also went on to explain the motive for doing that.
The actor wrote an open letter to the “Bhim Nation,” president saying a lot about his journey. He touched on how Stonebwoy’s songs motivated him to push hard in life no matter the challenges he was facing in life.
For that he will forever remain loyal to the brand as a normal follower of his music.
