Several French channels have reported the death of ex footballer Jean Pierre Adams. The deceased played for the likes of Paris Saint German(PSG), Nice and the French National Team.
The history of football has it that he had knee injury in that very year and was hospitalized for surgery T the Edouard Herriot Hospital Lyon. The anesthesiologist made an error during the surgery which starved his brain of oxygen and he went into coma.

Adams after the mistake in the process of the surgery had been in coma since 1982, unable to move any part of the body except opening and closing his eyes.
Barnadette, the wife of the deceased refused to consider euthanasia (the practice of intentionally ending life to relieve pain and suffering) and continued to be by his side until his death today.
