A well built young man who revealed his identity as “Abodam” is in the news. He has sent an aggressive message to the president of the nation, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo. The reason for his aggressiveness is as a result of how illegal mining has been stopped.
We all know how the NPP government stated in their manifesto to stop illegal mining when they come into power. Lo and behold they are doing it accordingly. This started with the burning of excavators of people who refuses to stop illegal mining together with an arrest.
However, those who engage in the activity as a source of livehood seem not to be happy with the government. One of the people who are not comfortable with the situation is “Abodam”.
The young man in his recorded video cautioned the President of Ghana. He was elaborating on how he moved from Bolgatanga to Kumasi to involve himself in the galamsey. But unfortunately he has been stopped.
Also with his aggressiveness, he asked the President to find a job. Being it a police or a soldier work, he will do it. If it was to be in the olden days, a well built man like him could easily be in the army but here lies the case he is suffering after he was stopped from galamsey.
