Reports indicates that the Deputy Majority Leader has disclosed that the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, will withdraw the controversial E-Levy Bill in parliament. But that wasn’t all, indications shows that the controversial Electornic Transactions Levy (E-levy) will be re-introduce later.
According to Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the government will withdraw the controversial levy on Tuesday, 15th February.

Next week there will be a presenting of the business statement for Parliament. During that week, the Effutu MP revealed the e-levy will be reintroduced on Friday, 18th February but this time at a reviewed percentage of 1.5.
