Note: For easier transaction, the signup number should be your Mobile money number.
1. Firstly, visit the passport website online passport application.
2. Secondly, click on new user, register here.
3. Thirdly, register with your full name, email address, telephone number, and create a new password, then click on sign up.
4. In addition, a verification code will be sent for you enter into the box provided and authorize it.
5. Finally, your account is ready to start your online passport application.

How to successfully make payment with mobile money after registration
1. After the sign up process is successful, you will be redirected to a page where you will see Make Payment and Verify Voucher.
2. Click on Make Payment.
3. You will be redirected to a page enter your full name, email address (optional), number and select the passport pages type. Prices ranging from Ghc100 to Ghc200.
3. Click on the pop message that ask you to “leave the page” and be redirected to the payment page.
4. Click on make payment and select from the option provided.
6. You can either choose mobile money and select the network for a prompt to be sent to your phone. OR you select pay with *222# and type and send the code provided.
7. After payment has been made, you will be confirmed and directed to the main page.
8. The passport form will be released between 5 to 10 minutes for you to start filling your passport application online.
Therefore, if you should follow this process very well, you will realize it’s simple and easy. Most importantly, the payment aspect.
However, make sure you have the required amount in your mobile money wallet. Applicants are supposed to have available a passport picture and birth certificate for first-timers. For renewal purposes, your passport picture and old passport must be available for the filling of the form online.
During the filling of the forms, applicants will be asked to input some basic details about themselves, their educational background, parents, and grandparents details. Also, you will be asked to provide details of two guarantors and a witness.
