Island Frimpong, the daughter of Ghanaian actress Fella Makafui and rapper Medikal have received has gotten her first Maserati car gift.
In a video posted on the Instagram page of Island Frimpong, show the little girl trying to inspect her newly obtained Maserati which is one of the luxurious cars from Italy and a gift from her two celebrity parents Fella Makafui and Medikal.

The Maserati car gift we are talking about here is a toy version of the famous luxurious Maserati and during Island Frimpong’s inspection of the car, one could hear her mum voice in the background calling her name repeatedly.
