Popular Jamaican artiste Popcaan on the New year’s eve purchased a bottle of champagne for $100,000 in Ghana.
The ‘Unruly’ Hitmaker was among a number of other renowned musicians from outside Ghana who were present at the end-of-year party that was organized by Ghanaian Business mogul Nana Kwame Bediako a.k.a Cheddar at a location in Osu, Accra.

The end-of-year party themed ‘Gatsby Gala Night’ saw Cheddar auction a special edition of Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Gold Brut Champagne which came with a ‘gold dust’ according to him and this the real estate developer and philanthropist was trying to auction for $20,000 dollars
Since we auction something to get the highest bidder, though are a white man among the invited guests who came from all walks of life to be a part of the party tried offering $35,000 to get the Ace of Spades Champagne, Popcaan came in and decided to buy is at a price of $100,000.
He made everyone’s night on the day as he was applauded and was pulled to stage to be presented with the bottle of Champagne.
