The Ghanaian highlife and Afrobeat musician Kidi after several weeks of trying to come up with this challenge, started a search for this girl who starred in popular Maggi Shrimp (Monkor) advertisement.

He decided to use the young girl who is all grown now for this challenge because of the name he suggested to give to his new dance challenge.
Finally, the #Monkorchallenge by Kidi and @Kiana.abban (Monkor girl) is done as the “touch it” hitmaker shared a dance video of themselves to announce the start of the challenge.
