Medikal and Shatta wale, two of Ghana’s ‘giant’ musicians have been granted bail by an Accra court on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
The Ghanaian rapper Samuel Adu Frimpong better known as Medikal was remanded last week for 5 days by a court in Accra over a video of him brandishing a gun on social media which went viral.

Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and his three accomplices, on the other hand were arrested and remanded for a week for ‘faking’ a gun shot attack on him.
They all pleaded not guilty with the charges levelled against them last week in court and that got them remanded. Their case was adjourned today October 26, 2021, and after court proceedings Medikal, Shatta wale and his three accomplices have all been given a bail of GH¢100,000 each.
However, the next court hearing for their case is on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
