Menzgold Ghana has notify its customers on payment of their arrears through a press statement signed by Nii Armah Armarteifio (head of communications) on Thursday, 7th October, 2021.
The release includes dates and process of payment. The payment is scheduled to start on 20th December, 2021 and end on 30th June, 2022 as stated in the letter. This seems a good news to customers of Menzgold as finally, they will have access to their monies.

Menzgold Ghana stated in their release letter that, “gold collectibles trading claims supporting documents received within the 28th October, 2019 and 28th November, 2019 period for rigorous audit purposes is about eighty percent (80%) complete.
We note that, a great number of about forty five (45%) of claimants’ supporting documents are either incomplete, fraudulent or inconsistent to dates, or amounts received as returns in the “Gold Sales and Purchase Agreements.”
“Hence, invitations extended to some individuals between 3rd October, 2021 to 6th October, 2021 for interactions in the bid to justify discrepancies or irregularities”.
