These actions were powered by the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Joseph Osei-Owusu who asked all MPs on Wednesday to wear Black Stars-branded jerseys to the House on Friday.

This is to show support to the Black Stars of Ghana in their world cup qualifier against their immediately rival Nigeria.

Ghana will host Nigeria for the first leg of the World Cup Playoff on Friday, 25th March, 2020 at 7:30pm. Although the Black Stars performance in the just ended African Cup of Nation was very poor, every Ghanaian want to give their full support to the national team.
