Ghanaian songbird Gyakie has said that her performance at the 2022 Global Citizen is the best-ever performance in her music career.
According to the “Forever” Hitmaker, some trolls took to social media to pass negative comments about the dress she wore to perform on stage and her performance at the Global Citizen Festival. However, that did not affect her because they are just people’s opinions.

Gyakie described her performance at Global Citizen Festival as the best ever in her music career. She affirmed that whiles these trolls were all over social media trying to pull her down, she received many requests from industry players and musicians who wanted to work with her. She added that she loved her performance and loved her outfit.
Jackeline Acheampong, a.k.a Gyakie, said all these in a recent phone conversation with Giovanni Caleb on 3FM.
The 23-year-old was the only Ghanaian female musician who performed at the 2022 Global Citizen Festival on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the Blackstars Square in Accra, Ghana. Gyakie was introduced on stage by the Ghana Army Band, which saw her walk majestically on stage in a beautiful outfit.
Jackeline gave a spectacular performance at the event that saw the masses who gathered to witness the event sing her songs while she performed. The Global Citizen Festival also saw Ghanaian musicians like Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Yaw Tog, and Kwesi Arthur deliver electrifying performances.
In addition, music artists like Tiwa Savage, Oxlade, and Tems from Nigeria performed at the Festival. Also, American Singer Usher Raymond IV, British Rapper Stormzy, and American R & B singer SZA were the international artists who performed at the 2022 Global Citizen Festival in Ghana.
