Nigerian singer Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon known by the Stage name Reekado Banks has lost his mother.
The “Oluwa Ni” song crooner broke the news about his mother Dorcas Olubunmi Solomon’s death to the world on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
Reekado shared a family statement regarding his mum’s demise on his official Instagram.
The statement reads, “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother, sister, confidant, and friend.
Dorcas Olubunmi Solomon is survived by her husband, sisters, children, and grandchildren.
We implore the general public to keep us in prayers at this difficult time. The Solomon Family.”
Even though the statement did not reveal the cause of the death of Madam Dorcas, many Nigerians flooded the comment section of Reekado’s post to express their sympathy.
