A lady named Fatimat Dauda caught the attention of rapper Sarkodie with a video of her singing his ‘Brighter Day’ song so passionately during his performance at a concert in New York City.
The concert dubbed #ItsAboutTimeConcert was a joint concert held by the Sarkcess Music Record Label CEO and R2BEES from Tema, Ghana, on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the Palladium Times Square In New York.

The event was a success, which saw performances from not only Sarkodie and R2BEES but also performances from other Ghanaian artists such as Gyakie, Camidoh, and many more.
However, one of the highlights of Sarkodie’s performance was a female fan who was seen singing Sarkodie’s ‘Brighter Day’ song featuring Obrafuor with so much passion.
She appeared so emotional jamming to the song, and her video has since gone viral.
Sarkodie seeing the video, decided to post it on his Instagram story, and in his caption, he asked his followers to help him find this die-hard fan of his, promising a lunch date with her.
Well, a few days after Sarkodie’s post, a new post by the rapper shows he finally found the beautiful fan named Fatimat. The two were spotted hanging out together in a new video shared online.
