Nigeria Singer Teni has reportedly escaped an alleged kidnap attempt on stage whiles she was performing at an event in Buguma area of Rivers State, Nigeria.
In a video gradually gaining popularity on social media, the singer, songwriter and entertainer Teniola Apata known by the stage name Teni was seen trilling her fans happily on stage and during the process one could hear gunshots and a fight break out which she had to escape for her dear life.

According to reports, it was an attempt to kidnap the female singer. The video which has emerged on social media has pulled mixed feeling among social media users, especially Nigerians, who have condemned the act.
