We Must Support The Blackstars Of Ghana And Urge Them To Fly The Flag Of Ghana Very High – John Dramani Mahama To All Ghanaians

John Dramani Mahama, Ghana’s Former President has urged all Ghanaians to give their full support to the Black Stars of Ghana as they face Comoros in their last match tonight in Group C.

The senior national team, the black Stars of Ghana performance at the ongoing 2021 AFCON hasn’t been the best for lots of Ghanaians after they suffered a 1-0 defeat in their first match against Morocco and drew 1-1 in their second match with the Gabon national team.

Even though many Ghanaians are still not happy with the team not recording a win yet in the 2021 African Cup of Nations, John Dramani Mahama Former President Of Ghana H.E. John Mahama has sent out a message to all Ghanaians ahead of Ghana’s match tonight.

In the post shared Facebook, John Mahama urged Ghanaians to throw their full support behind the Black Stars team so they can be able to fly the flag of Ghana high at the ongoing AFCON with utmost commitment, concentration and courage.

He emphasized on the fact that the national team represents the symbol of our country Ghana’s pride and wished the black stars the very best in their match today, January 10, 2022, against Comoros, which kicks off at 7pm.

“Ghana plays Comoros today at the #AFCON2021 to fight for the third position in the group; in order to possibly qualify for the next stage of the tournament.

This is not the tight situation we expected, considering the pedigree of Ghana’s Black Stars in football history.

“But the Black Stars are our team and represent the symbol of our national pride. We must support them with one heart and urge them to fly the flag of Ghana very high with utmost commitment, concentration, and courage.

I wish the Black Stars the very best outcome in today’s encounter with Comoros. Go Black Stars! Go!”, the National Democratic Congress Party flag bearer wrote.
