Ghana has become a country where rarely stuffs have turn out to be common these days. A photo of a white man in a lotto Kiosk popped up online and it has left social media users confused.
Predominantly, we only see Ghanaians in Ghana in their small lotto kiosk painted with the colours of the flag that is the red, yellow and green serving lottery stakers with their requirements.

But said photo of the white man which has left people wondering captured him in one of the lottery shop which has the Ghana colours on it looking as if he just commenced the lotto business.
From the photo, one could see an unidentified Ghanaian man standing in front of the kiosk which may seem he was there to stake to win an amount of money or properties with some numbers.
