Lois, a popular cast in “Things We Do For Love,” an all-time favourite Ghanaian television series, has been reported dead.
The heartbreaking news was shared to the public by actor Adjetey Anang, a.k.a ‘Pusher’ who played the lead role in the TV series which dominated in the year 2000 and above, on his social media platform.
Pusher, taking to social media on Friday, January 21, 2022, posted a short video clip from the series which captured a bit of the role Lois, whose real name is Marlene, played and in his caption, he wrote;
“In the year 2000, u joined the #thingswedoforlovefamily, u brought with u such youthful exuberance making your character as “Lois” a memorable one.
Marlene, we part ways with you soon! We thank God for your life and example, growing into a young lady with a passion to live for christ. My deepest condolences to your family. The Lord will watch over them. RIP.”
The cause of Marlene’s death is still not known and for a lot of us, we still will remember her for playing the stubborn young girl character ‘Lois’ with a deep American accent in Ghanaian television ‘Things We Do For Love.”
