Maria Acheampong is the name of the wife of Legendary Ghanaian highlife musician Nana Acheampong a.k.a ‘The Lover Boy.’
She is also the mother of beautiful and gifted Ghanaian musician Jackline Acheampong known by the stage name Gyakie.
Maria, who looks very young and pretty just like her daughter Gyakie, is not only married to a musician but she was born into a family of musicians and currently she is raising musicians of her own which are her children and Gyakie is one of them.
Mrs. Acheampong has contributed to her daughter Gyakie music journey. She was the one who discovered her daughter’s talent during her days in primary school.
