Black Stars player, Afena Gyan was among AS Roma’s players that were introduced to fans recently.
These players were asked to select any song of their choice to be played during the introduction.
The Ghanaian player went in for Shatta Wale’s “On God” as the song to be used for his presentation to his As Roma fans.
Shatta Wale reacted by showing gratitude to the footballer. Afena Gyan’s reason for selecting Shatta Wale’s song was known when he came back to reply Shatta’s appreciation post.
According to Afena, Shatta Wale is his all time favorite Ghanaian musician.
