Ghanaian Dancehall musician Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr better known as Shatta Wale have been spotted putting on a smiling face in handcuffs after turning himself in to the Ghana Police Service.
The “Freedom” Hitmaker on October 18, 2021, together with others who were arrested by the Ghana police service last night, allegedly pranked a gunshot-attack on him which got many Ghanaians and his fanbase Shatta Movement very worried.

The attention of the police service was drawn this same night the said incident occurred and they made it known to the public that they started with investigations into the alleged claims of gunshot-attack on the Ghanaian dancehall pioneer Shatta Wale.
The police gave a feedback to the entire populace that close relatives and friends of the musician had no idea of his whereabout and they pleaded with anyone with an information about his whereabout to get in touch.
Finally, a day after Shatta Wale’s alleged attack, he decided to break silence about the whole issue, confessed his life was in danger and had to be on the run and tendered an apology to all Ghanaians and his father who was also worried.
Shatta wale reported himself yesterday evening, October 19th, 2021, to the police after he heard the pastor who Prophesied, that he will be shot dead on 18th October, 2021 that’s why he pulled off the “expensive” prank which escalated has been arrested.

Earlier before he turned himself in, Shatta Wale’s personal assistant Kojo Owusu Koranteng a.k.a. Nana Dope and Eric Venator alias Gangee were arrested by the police for allegedly spreading false information with the mindset to cause fear and panic.
