A communique by the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) indicates that successful applicants from their online application are supposed to report for stage 2 of the recruitment process. This message is specifically directed towards those who haven’t receive an SMS.
However, such qualified applicants should go for the second phase (screening). Thus, they should to report at their various regional screening centres.

The stage two (screening) of the recruitment process started on Monday, October 25, 2021) at the designated centres across all regional capitals.
This phase involves documentation checks, body selection for the selected candidates during the online application (first phase).
A release by the GIS and signed by the Head of Public Affairs, Superintendent Michael Amoako-Atta indictated all applicants who are yet to receive their text messages (SMS) for the second phase are to report to their various centres (regional capitals) with necessary documents.

Their communique reads;
“It has been noted that some applicants despite being selected at the online stage of the application process have not received messages for the Body Selection and Document Authentication Stage,”
“All such persons are entreated to report to the designated Screening Centre in the Region they selected between Monday, October 25, 2021 to Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 6am with their confirmation slip and original copies of all certificates (birth certificate and education).
The Ghana Immigration Service anticipating to recruit about 2,000 personnel into their service following clearance from the Ministry of Interior.
