Another heartbreaking incident that has caused massive reactions online is a recent accident on the Accra-Tema Motorway this morning.

According to reports, a sprinter bus with registration number, GR 6117-20 was involved in a near fatal accident this morning around 6:30am. This was after the vehicle’s tyre burst around the weighing bridge as the sprinter bus somersaulted before ditching into a nearby gutter.
Some eyewitnesses and passengers reported that, the driver of the sprinter bus was overspending. And failed to heed the advice of his passengers which later led to the unfortunate accident.

According to reports, a total of 5 feared dead as another 15 people sustained various serious injuries. The injured have been transported to the Tema regional hospital. The police are currently on site and began further investigation into the near fatal accident.
