GNFS Screening Date and Schedule (Full Details)

This paved way for Ghanaians interested in the service to fill out the online application after they acquired the online application form which ended 22nd September, 2021. Since it is nationwide recruitment process, the GNFS on 26th September, 2021 sorted out all online application to be able to categorise them base on regional screening centers across the country Ghana.

Applicants who qualified from the online application sent messages via sms through the numbers they provide during the application. Information gathered indicates that all qualified applicants will receive messages for their screening date from today, Monday, 4th October, 2021.

Due to the tedious work involved in the recruitment process, the Ghana National Fire Service will be conducting orientation or training session that will enlighten officer fraud and fake documents. This training service is scheduled to be taken place on 7th October, 2021 Wednesday.

GNFS Screening Date and Schedule 

• Send Mass Messages yo qualified applicants from Monday, 4th October, 2021.
• Orientation/Training on: Fraud Detection (Fake reports detections) and introduction and use of queue number system all on Wednesday, 7th October, 2021.
• Preparing of exam questions and assembling screening team from Monday, 27th September to Wednesday, 5th October, 2021.

• Printing exams questions from Thursday, 6th October to Sunday, 10th October, 2021.
• Screening and Documentation at  Regional level on Monday, 11th October, 2021.
• Written examinations on Saturday, 16th October, 2021.
• Reconciliation of qualified candidates by various regional teams and submitting of final data by TrybeNet on Tuesday, 19th October, 2021.
• Final successful applicants receive messages to report for training.

Important

• Qualified applicants will receive messages with specific dates to report at their selected screening centres for screening and documentation.
• The orientation or training will be carried out by TrybeNet and GNFS IT unit, who will also be in charge of the screening centres.
• The Screening centres will be in Greater Accra Region, Eastern Region and Ashanti Region.

• The first group for the screening will be on Monday, 11th October, 2021 and the second group on Wednesday, 13th October, 2021.
• Screening exercise will be based on body selection, documentation and written exams.
• After which qualified candidates will be sent messages to report at the designated medical facilities for their medical screening.
